About Me
I am a fully accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (IACP). I have been working with clients on a one-to-one basis since 2007 and have gained experience helping clients dealing with various issues such as depression, bereavement, anxiety and stress, panic attacks, OCD and suicidal ideation, as well as a range of other issues and concerns.
I work from a humanistic/integrative perspective as I understand each client is unique and not every individual may benefit from the same treatment approach. I work collaboratively with clients to understand the particular circumstances or issues that are problematic for them and draw on their strengths and resources in order to enhance the quality of their lives.
My office is conveniently located in Dublin city centre.
